I had a fantastic experience at the InterContinental Hotel in Toronto! Jonathan at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my check-in smooth and enjoyable. He even placed me on the highest floor with an amazing view, which was a wonderful surprise!
The hotel is beautifully appointed, and my room was comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto. Thank you, Jonathan, for making my stay so memorable!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end! My adult son and I, traveling together, wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. Check-in was a breeze and immediate, despite our arriving hours early, which was so appreciated after a long journey with lots of luggage. We delighted in the large room with enormous bay windows overlooking the city, and were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities of the hotel. My son used the hotel gym and we also utilized the baggage storage service after checking out. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The location can't be beat – a short walk to both the CN Tower and the train station!

I used this hotel for convenience as I was taking part in a trade show at the Metro but I ended up with charges for services I did not use and separate amenity fees which should have been part of the room charge and should have been charged to my employer's card who was responsible for accommodation not my personal card. The fridge is also packed with capacity with drinks for purchase so limited space for your own stuff.

I had a great time at the InterContinental: Toronto Center. My experience begins from the moment I stepped inside the hotel. The vivacious salutation together with the incredible customer service experience offered to me at check-in by Mr. David Paes was very appreciative. He really represents the InterContinental and IHG brand well as he is great at his job. The experience also extends to the entire staff at the hotel restaurant and housekeeping. I look forward to staying at the hotel for all my future visit to Toronto.

The stay wasn't the same as always. Not welcoming. Inexperienced and mean staff.

I had an amazing 24-hour stay at this hotel—truly one of the best I’ve experienced. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the shower had perfect pressure and stayed hot as long as I needed, and the mirrors even had a built-in clock—such a thoughtful touch.
The view was stunning, perfect if you wanna see the CN Tower and the location was unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to the PATH, so I never had to step outside to get to the subway—super convenient, especially in colder weather.
Valet was included with my stay and made things so easy. I dropped off my car at check-in and didn’t need it again until I was heading out—safe and smooth the whole time.
I used my dining credits at the hotel restaurant and had both dinner and breakfast there. The food was great, and the service was just as good. I missed out on tea time this visit, but I’m already looking forward to trying it next time.
The only real disappointment was the steam room. I was really looking forward to it since it’s a rare amenity you don’t find at many hotels. Unfortunately, it smelled like a moldy basement—kind of like standing in a sewer. I couldn’t stay in there for more than a few seconds, which was a letdown.
That said, everything else about the stay was so great that I’ll absolutely be back!
