クラブフロアに2泊しました。部屋はとても快適で特にベットの寝心地が良かったと思います。眺望も素晴らしかっです！
クラブラウンジはあまりおすすめできないと感じました。4月からカクテルタイムのメイン料理提供が終わったらしく、オードブルの充実度は低かったです。楽しみにしていただけに非常に残念でした。立地からなのか宿泊料金も値が張る印象でしたので、クラブフロアの充実さを求めるのであればおすすめしません。私もクラブフロアを次回利用することは無いと思います。
ある程度の金額を払って旅行しただけに残念でした。

No, I do not recommend this property.
Your employee refused to serve me and asked me to leave the restaurant/6th floor lounge because I did not have a reservation. The lounge was empty except for one table with 2 people. I was told 7 times, NO RESERVATION!!! I asked and translated over and over how do I make a reservation and was asked to leave. I had to get a 2nd and then 3rd employee to get assistance before I was told I could sit in another spot. You are 5 star hotel, your employees should understand basic English or be able to use their phone to translate. All I got was the blank stare and was told NO RESERVATION!!!! You ruined my afternoon!!!!

The restaurant staff intended to ask you to move to another seat because the seat you were sitting at was reserved, but they were unable to communicate this to you well, causing you great inconvenience. Seamless and accommodating check-in experience as we were able to park our rental car briefly as we check-in. Nagomi lounge is phenomenal - all the staffs there are fantastic and we would prefer this lounge over the traditional Club lounge on the high floor any day of the week. The breakfast and dinner at Nagomi lounge are our best meals in Japan, to our surprise. Please keep providing the service since I have now recommended it to many of my work colleagues who plan to visit Tokyo in the next 12 months.
Bed, views etc are awesome - we have no complaints.
Only improvement opportunity we see is the offerring for breakfast if the customer had to leave early for airport. At some intercontinentals I have been offered breakfast box in the past, it would be nice if the team is able to offer the same especially when the breakfast is opening quite late at 7am or 8am, when some other intercontinentals have breakfast from 6am or 6:30am.

Hotel is away from the more busy locations. It is also walking distance to public transportations. I enjoyed the views of the bay. Overall I was very satisfied with the location. great place to relax after visiting crowded tourist spots.

The hotel is in a nice residential location with beautiful views of the bay. The staff are friendly and kind but the check-in experience was difficult and time consuming due to confusion about an extra person, 1 vs 2 persons. We enjoyed the hotel but the buffet was very busy and had limited variety compared to the ANA IC hotel.

東京ドームのイベントがあり利用。シャトルバスでJR利用、ゆりかもめ駅から直結、東京駅までタクシー利用も便利なアクセス。お洒落でモダンで2日間のんびり過ごせました。
荷物が違う方のが届いたことと、駐車場は高いのは立地上仕方ないかなと思いました。また機会があれぱ利用したいです。

From the quality of the staff to the quality of the bathroom Tokyo Bay was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
