We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, and the location couldn’t be better, perfectly situated for an unforgettable experience. The space felt extraordinary, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The service was excellent, making us feel truly pampered. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The rooftop bar was an extraordinary highlight, and the beach terrace provided a breathtaking experience. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here twice and absolutely love everything about the hotel. The location is always our most important qualifier and the Intercon Bordeaux is central to all activities. The staff is amazing. The Concierge helped us by making several phone calls when our luggage was lost at the airport upon arrival. Our room was so quiet and comfortable. In the morning we had to leave early for the airport so they made us a breakfast box complete with hot chocolate! I would go back in a heartbeat if I find myself in Bordeaux again.

I'm in the wine business, and stay here frequently. It's an outstanding hotel, by far the best high-end option in Bordeaux for business or pleasure. An incomparable location directly opposite the Opera, extremely comfortable rooms, and above all, really superb service from the concierge, to the front desk, to housekeeping. We're always greeted with genuine warmth, the staff mostly recognize us straightaway from previous stays, and we're usually offered some sort of complimentary room upgrade as well. On our last visit, Agatha from Guest Relations really went out of her way to make our check-in experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. A request my wife had made on a previous visit for an extra duvet in the room had been quietly noted on their client management system, and it was there in the room when we walked in, without asking. This is a big property with high turnover, but it truly feels like a home from home in Bordeaux. My favorite IHG hotel in France, by far.

The hotel staff is excellent. The location is perfect and the rooms lovely. The concierge helped with car service and restaurant recommendations as well as reservations. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and had one of my all time favorite burgers in the restaurant. They have a good wine selection and a very comfortable bar area. We will definitely come back and stay again.

Don't miss this well situated luxury hotel in Bordeaux! The staff is outstanding, and all the comforts you'd expect from a fine hotel are included. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Thanks IHG for a great escape in wine world!
