Our family stay in this deluxe beach-side resort for 3D2N on the main building. The sea view is stunning and beautiful. At the sametime, we are lucky to get access to the executive lounge building, which is really amazing. The executive lounge building is the mostly luxury and stylist. The interior design is a hybrid of authentic and contemporary art, which most guest would feel very relaxing and inspirational.
Apart from the facility (hardware), the service (software) is even more impressive. The staff members in executive lounge are so attentive. Especially Cassie, who take care of our family very well. No matter breakfast time, tea-time, happy-hour time, she shows sincere attitude and high-level of service quality, which give us a feels-like-home perception. We truly appreciated to her !
with no doubt, we will definitely come again and would like to enjoy the high level service in the executive lounge.

It was my best stay in the beach hotel in China with this DMZ intercontinental hotel in 2025. The customer service team was so great and have a great preparation before and during my stay. Highlighted staff is Cassie, who provided me lots of help during my stay. She is the best among the team.
